The staff was helpful and attentive. They took care of our Grab drivers to ensure we were going to the right place.
The room I booked stated it was a hot tub room, really it was a hot tub. I dislike hot tubes. I also booked this room for the outdoor space, but there was so much bird poop that I could not sit on the cushions. It was a waste of money.

I found the staff very helpful and attentive. the garden and pool area provided a tranquil escape. i appreciated the massage services available onsite. It really helped me relax.
The shower in my room was quite small. It was difficult to move around comfortably.

The gardens provided a lovely escape. the location was handy. It was close to a ferry pier for easy access to the city. i appreciated the hotel arranged a car for me. the staff were attentive.
the gym equipment was a bit dated. i also found the breakfast options could have been more diverse.
